The sleeves can be worn off the shoulder but I hate that for sensory reasons. Personally I'd always wear a belt with this dress, absolutely love the green

Killstar Aggie skirt. I've taken the suspenders off as I'm not a fan, this skirt was reduced because of damage to them so I definitely wasn't heart broken over that . The material is super soft and stretchy, going to be amazing for layering in the winter.
