This outfit is exactly what I wanted.

The blouse is 3xl to fit my shoulders and is my normal dress size. No pulling at the bust. The fabric is see though ish.. enough to be great for hot days but conservative enough to wear without a slip. The arms are long and actually reach my wrists.

The skirt is 2xl though I had to unbutton it to get over my hips. My waist is 2xl so buy your normal pants size in this.

No zip here just the buttons on the side. (I am 173cm tall) the skirt reached to just below my knees.
